Treatment Consent & Responsibility Notice All SAR Treatment services are performed at the customer’s own discretion and responsibility. By choosing and agreeing to receive SAR Treatment services, customers acknowledge that the treatment may involve body assessment, manual adjustment techniques, joint movements, and physical contact as part of the treatment process. Customers are strongly advised to inform the SAR Bone Adjuster of any previous injuries, medical conditions, accidents, surgeries, implants, fractures, or ongoing pain before the treatment session begins. This includes post-accident conditions, spinal injuries, joint dislocations, or any other related health concerns. Providing accurate and complete information is very important to help prevent further discomfort or complications during treatment. Failure to disclose any relevant injury or medical history prior to treatment may increase the risk of complications, and SAR Treatment shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from undisclosed conditions. By proceeding with the treatment, customers confirm that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.
